Yesterday I applied for admission and was accepted to Foothill College for Winter term. I don't know if I'm going to attend, yet, but if I don't then I expect to be fully prepared for Spring term. It looks like it'll cost me about $100 for four hours of class. I have not yet decided where I'm going to spend my $100, but it'll probably be a Spanish class, a Psychology class or a History class. (Why do class designations here only have one number? Psy8? Is that a first year class? A non-transferrable credit?)
I've emailed to ask about an appointment with an admissions counselor. The hours at Foothill are significantly more flexible than those at SJSU.

Knowing how the mind works--or at least being interested in it--is, to me, WAY sexy. Like...wow. I mean, a hunger for knowledge at all is a turn on, but there's something about taking the risks of understanding yourself that well, desiring to know what makes people work...there's something about that that I dig.

This guy I've been flirting with lately...he's a musician (hot), he's kinky (hot), he's physically attractive (hot), he's a reader (hot)...and he's a psych major (ZOMG COME DO ME, DO ME NOW).

But that might just be me. I make no promises that others find an interest in psychology as hot as I do. >.>

Since I'm thinking of teaching in public school, I'd probably be looking to focus on Western and US history.
I warn you, I'm starting back at community college so my assignments will probably be pretty boring.

http://www.assist.org will tell you what Foothill classes will transfer to SJSU (or any upper-level public institution in California). IIRC, anything at Foothill numbered below 50 transfers.
