It was noted yesterday that I've been rather quiet lately, or at least not as loquacious as usual. I'm still upright, despite a trip to Urgent Care this week for what was not a stroke at all. Work is still kind of like a Godzilla movie (I am not Mothra in this case, despite having two tiny princesses who sing to me) but I'm hoping to be back soon to tell you all about school plans. My horoscope this morning is "It's possible that everything will turn out okay" and with that burst of optimism, I'm ready to go.

As an aside to Mike Huckabee.... when somebody mentions that religion is far more of a LifeStyle Choice than being gay, you win yourself no points here when you show how restricted Peoples of Religion are by saying "Religious people don't get to burn people at the stake."
(Firstly, because you must amend that statement with "any longer".)

I am not setting out to hermit myself away from everyone. It just... starts to happen, as I pull back and say "This is the pile of stuff I have the energy to deal with. This pile is not."
