There's a certain satisfaction, an elation, to finally realizing that Howard, Pixley's date from the first scene of "The Giants Win the Pennant" is also Dan, JD's older brother in several episodes of Scrubs.

If I can't make them the same person, then I like to try to make them twins, yes. The tricky part is making Howard and Dan brothers given the amount of contradictory background in Scrubs.
