This is when I encourage you to let me know if you plan to attend The Second Annual Edwardian World's Fair. Because while spending an evening with Rasputina and Abney Park sounds like a lot of cool, it is once again an instance where I'm not crazy about the thought of fighting my way up to the city (even if it is a mile from a BART station) after work to hang out in a room full of people that I don't know. And it is all well and good to say "Why don't you just go and introduce yourself to everybody and then you'll know all of them." But then it is well and good for me to say "It doesn't work like that" and poke you with an umbrella.

My main concern is that I don't know if anything I have to wear is actually Edwardian. I'll probably arrive in something Regency and then everybody will point and laugh and I'll slink out in shame.
