Yay yay yay! I am so glad that you got real sleep.
However, what denyse says is very true-- once you start catching up on sleep, your body often wants to catch up on all of it right this very second. I found that I'd wake up a little groggy, then have enough energy to conquer the world for a few hours, and after those few hours were up I was exhausted. However, if I managed to take a nap once I was exhausted again, I could get another few hours of decent energy before bed. (I also found that if I took a really long nap, I wouldn't be able to sleep that night, and the cycle would start over from scratch, so if you choose to try it, do be careful.)
