It's almost Friday o'clock (six more hours).
I have exciting plans this weekend.
It's not last weekend. (Thanks to those of you who sat through that.)
Iowa.
It's cooling down a little, so it's comfortable to sit in the car again.
Girls are not laughing directly into my face when I ask them out.
I think I may get into a writing mood. And at a time when I can write.
Y'all.

So tell me, since IFIAYAQD!, what's lifting your morale?

I have socks that are still warm from the dryer and a very sweet, devoted dog who is laying his head on my lap just so he can get pettings. He rubbed up against the rosemary hedge while he was out so he smells delicious.

I made bread so I have warm bread and a little bit of butter, and I grabbed some lemons from our tree to make lemonade.

And Sunday is my anniversary and I get to see the man I love every day.
