Okay, three, two one, let's jam!

So this week is no less exhausting than last week. It's just less stressful. Found out that video night tomorrow night is cancelled, and also that I'm probably not getting a lot of packing done. (: But I've been invited to a Global Corporation picnic/thingie. So that'll be nice.
But I'm sure none of you tuned in to hear that. You want to know about the interview.
So. It looks like next week Nancy wants to start hiring procedures for me, which means I have about six documents to hunt down, including social security card, birth certificate, driver's license, parents' social security numbers (What the hell? Why do they need that?) and some other crap I forgot.
I spent two hours driving on the freeway and found out that although city streets are okay, that still makes me cry.
And I can't find my little case full of CDs.
Um. Hope I didn't forget anything. I'm tired, I'm scattered, and I really really need to go to bed. But it won't be enough. My whole world needs to stop spinning around me like some wacky drunken centrifuge.
Things fall apart. The center cannot hold.
Mere anarchy is unloosed upon my world.

You are about to be vetted. That's why they need to know your parents' social security numbers. They are going to try to establish that you is really you, and you don't have wacko/psycho tendencies. At the end your employer will probably know more about you than you do.
