Today's dinner: Late
Just finished a fairly simple skillet meal. I took some organic Gruyere and garlic sausages from the farmers' market and threw them in to brown. Once they'd started turning colour, I added a home made vegetable marinara that Miss Friday made (I had to use it so I could return the container tomorrow). Tomatoes, celery... uh. Other vegetables. I threw in some Watkins black pepper and some of that fancy smoke salt and set it to reduce. Just about the time it was thick enough for my tastes, I tossed in three dashes of the Cholula special pepper sauce I found at Safeway. Then I plated it, without pasta, because I was needed on GarouMUSH.

You didn't need to return the container. I have about 87 of them.

Unless you added your own, the "other vegetables" were fresh herbs from the garden. (Basil, oregano, sage, onions, chives, thyme)
