Dear deskjockey:
Here's some unsolicited advice. If the only information you provide the public is long on sweeping statements and short on concrete details, acting pissy when I ask questions like "What is the next step" does not make you look like a witty socialite a la Zelda Fitzgerald. Especially when I know you're overworked and go out of my way to be polite and helpful.

And here we have the reason why I'm not at *all* sorry I'm in school anymore. Or dealing with any large-scale bureaucracy on a daily basis...oh wait. I work for one. *cries*
