As a Colonial, you would not be expected to know of Debrett's. Perfectly understandable.

It's true, but I did eventually find it. (:
The proper form of address is Mister Reginald Howard. (I actually found an Earl of Suffolk in the right time frame with three sons, although it took a little bit of poking around.)
