Quick question for those who know this sort of thing--the third son of the Earl of Kent would be nobility of a sort. Would he have a title? Lord Something-Something?
It's true, but I did eventually find it. (: The proper form of address is Mister Reginald Howard. (I actually found an Earl of Suffolk in the right time frame with three sons, although it took a little bit of poking around.)
