Clean living! Also, a daily fruit salad of goji berries, pomegranate, acai, and virgin's blood. Once in a while I can add whipped cream, but not too often. Watching my fat intake, you know.

I haven't gone through them yet. (I haven't finished cleaning off my bookshelves yet.) The books I got for my birthday were the Great Brain books.
