cyranoIt came in the mail on top of two letters from the EDD. The first one explained the three reasons that I wasn't eligible for the education program*, and the one underneath it said they were cutting off my benefits because I wasn't available for full time employment offers.
Barring kl_williams' suggestion to challenge (which I'm dubious about chances of success outside of the prolonged paperwork struggle they place between me and resolution), that's the point I promised I'd find another job market. So I'll withdraw from classes this week and go back into full on remote job hunting and packing and stuffing boxes somewhere mode.
*First, that there were plenty of jobs in my previous field, second, that I didn't have an approved one year plan, and third, the program is not designed for a college degree. There's a fourth paragraph that appears to be lots of citations for another reason, but I'm unable to immediately sort it out. It looks like there is a metric assload of documentation about the program, and I find it really a shame that I never had any access to it.
