Writer's cramp

Minor drawback of divesting myself of stuff--in the midst of writing, I say "I need something in the DVD player to contribute to the mood" and then I discover that I've got nothing that works.

Major bonus of having a girlfriend. "I can't stop just now, I'm riding that creative wave thingie. Would you please bring me up something edible? And a drink?"

What kind of mood are you looking for? I have plenty of DVDs and if you want to meet up, I can loan you some.

Not my Trek DVDs, though. I need those for game-planning mood myself. :D

At the moment I'm working on a steampunk/faery setting. I ended up watching Young Sherlock Holmes and Labyrinth.
I'm still not in a state for going out and about, so a meet up right now is unlikely.
