My spiritual mentor used to simplify that just a little. He'd say; "There are only two things in this life that you have any control over - what you do and what you say."

I'm not big on long lists that don't provide more than two sentences of actual content.

The "judge people" part is a little.. yeah. Humans make judgments all the time. It's how we've survived for thousands of years, including making judgments about other humans.

I'll fall off my high horse now.
