Looking for an Insight

So my latest foray into London Below (Echo Bazaar) required a metric crapton of Sudden Insights. And the only way I know to get them is to pester my friends. Ironically, I need an insight on how to get Insight.

....Or is that irony?

Yay! And now I know *which* card. (:
I need to improve Watchfulness for this Heart's Desire, but every Watchful test bears the potential for me to lose another Insight, so it's been tricky.

I would start with low level Watchful challenges (the ones that are "straightforward" or "low-risk") and build up Watchful until the tests get easier.

Yeah, that at least means a lower rate of attrition. I can't wait until they put in the new code that makes the retries optional.

Yay! I can't tell if I'm being a pain in the ass when I do that or not, and the game itself doesn't exactly provide for a lot of feedback.
(Now *that's* ironic--a game that bills itself as having 'social gameplay' but there's really very little social about it.)

I appreciate the invitation, and the card more so. I know there are some Watchful challenges that provide them and I'm also supposed to up my Watchful score for this Heart's Desire contest but each Watchful challenge has the potential of stealing an Insight until they install the new code that makes them optional.
