cyranoI received email today notifying me about a class action lawsuit against Classmates.Com for sending email against terms of contract. The settlement, apparently, provides that the victims receive $2 off a 'Gold' level membership at Classmates.Com.
And I'm thinking to myself, that would be a clever marketing campaign. "Oh, you sure stuck it to the man this time, class action lawsuit that you knew nothing about! Now come and reap the just rewards by giving us money! ($2 off!)"
