36 Hours to Spare
Aug. 1st, 2010 09:04 pmFinally doing my voter homework. Notes below for my own reference, but feel free to follow my every suggestion as if you were listening to Glenn Beck's advice on how to vote this Tuesday.
Anybody who didn't provide information to the Secretary of State is automatically disqualified, in my considerations. So there.
Oakland County Probate Court:
Dana Margaret Hathaway: ++Pro Bono work for indigent clients --Litigator for Ford and GM ++Endorsed by the AFL-CIO, AFSCME, and UAW
Kathleen Ryan: --Endorsed by Michigan Right to Life --Endorsed by West Oakland Tea Party
Jamie Marie Verdi: ++Has election dates on the front page of her website, and explains the role of the Probate Court ++Works with (perhaps is the lawyer behind) MI-PAL
Right now, I'm leaning toward Verdi.
Renewal of Millage for both parks and Community College:
I'm prepared to thumbs up both of these measures.
Now I decide if I vote Democrat or Republican in the primaries, or whether I maintain my Indpendant status.
