Let me share with you.
Take one Bartlett pear, verging on over-ripe, and slice away the flesh. You can either cut the fruit into bite sized cubes, or into slabs that you will cut later. Arrange it artfully on a plate. Then take your jar of meyer lemon caramel that you got from Trader Joe's and is INSANELY TASTY, being certain to stir it up thoroughly, and then use the stirring spoon to drizzle it over the pear pieces.
