Yesterday the doctor confirmed that I have luggage elbow. He shot my elbow full of pain killer and gave me steroids.

Denali sent me my Alaska Manly Man soap while I was in Ashland and I've ben sniffing the box every since. They were also nice and sent me some freebies like the insect repellent soap.

Last night I wanted to sit in bed and read. I finally broke open the 'shit that burns' box and fished out a couple of candles. It took far too long to locate a fire making device, but it was finally acquired and my book had a warm minty glow.
