cyranoWoke up this morning running on little sleep but very excited because I was going to zoom up to Seattle for the weekend. And until about eleven today all systems were go, all lights were green and my flight was wide open.
But in the space of two hours, the reverse Midas touch kicked in and I found out I wasn't going anywhere except home.
So I came home feeling pissy and decided to play a video game. And a giant monkey schooled me and handed me my ass. Which didn't help matters any. And sometime today somebody broke off my radio antenna. Not that I really use the radio all that much, but it's the principle of the thing.
An impromptu gaming night was called, and I debated attending. I didn't want to go and be a bitch to everybody, but I didn't think staying home alone all night would improve my mood much either.
So I went, and Mary made yummy gooey cheese fondue and we more or less goofed off. My character put a plan into action, and it was very successful, and I got to do some character development of somebody who's Chaotic Neutral in a party that seems more aligned toward Good and Law. Made sure that IC stuff was interpreted as IC, and then saved a recycling bin from a motorist before going home.
