I can't decide

cyranoYukon Sally was good enough to ask me five questions, and I then answered them with the understanding that I would perpetuate the meme. However, since I'm a lazy bastard *and* easily fatigued still, if you ask me nicely I will compose two questions, the second of which will be "Will you be tuning in to my radio show?"
What genre of music speaks to your soul?
Wow. I see you decided to start with a softball. Gods. There is very little music that *doesn't* speak to my soul, at one point or another. Sinatra's supercool "World on a String". One of Bach's intricate precise fugues. Lee Press-On with a maximum overdrive hot swing. Elvis Costello's hip geek take on "Mystery Dance". The bright flawless joy of Scissor Sister's "I Can't Decide". Cake's jaded cynical sneer through "I Will Survive".
I was thinking maybe the hypercrafted overproduced pop music that usually just makes my soul want to drink heavily would slip through the cracks, but then I remembered Obadiah Parker doing his version of "Hey Ya" and I had to admit that there is still something there in that song, buried deep inside,

Not afraid to be immature once in a while.
At peace with myself and the progress I'm making.
What single personality feature do you find most attractive?
Just one? Uh. Either honesty or compassion. Because one without the other is... not useless, but crippled.

What's your motivation in life?
Honestly? Right now, fear.
Fear of running out of money. Fear of disappointing people. Fear of failure to meet my own expectations.
How did you decide upon the name Cyrano?
It was pretty easy. You have a guy who's convinced that he's a grotesque and not fit for society, but still holds disdain for most of the people in it as idiots and sycophants. A guy who puts up a furious front of acerbic wit and antagonism but can't reach through that wall to the woman he loves.
That was pretty much me in high school.
