Kind of weird

cyranoThis morning the one elliptical available in the hotel spa had.... a limp. Or something similar. After five minutes, I'm pretty sure I screwed up my hip on it.
I switched over to a treadmill (bonus--the iPod thing was working) for the next 45 minutes. I don't know if this is normal, but walking around after I got done, I felt all floaty and detached and numb from the chest down. I wondered if I should be worried, but my headspace was kind of detached too.
