cyranoToday we added our first direct flights from San Francisco to Reno. So things were chaotic even before the plane broke down and began a spiral of delays cancellations and gate changes. And, for reasons which are beyond my comprehension, we had to park the plane in one of the loading gates. Maybe because United hates us and wouldn't let us move it.
Anyway. So things were pretty crazy all day. Then a lady came up to me this evening and said "I've been watching you the past couple of hours. You're very good at your job. Would you be interested in moving to Wisconsin and working for a software business that I own? Pay starts at over $40K."
Did I mention that this has been a surreal week?
