LJ Staff Update
Jun. 18th, 2010 09:43 amSo as a follow up to yesterday's post, I filed with Abuse which got me a response within hours. It was "Please stop filing reports--we're understaffed volunteers and we'll get to it as quickly as we can."
I'd realized that LJ had outsourced most of their user relations to the unpaid general public, but didn't realise that they'd gone 100%. So I wrote them back saying thanks for contacting me and I promise not to say another word until somebody gets back to me.

Looking for an Insight
Jun. 18th, 2010 10:42 amSo my latest foray into London Below (Echo Bazaar) required a metric crapton of Sudden Insights. And the only way I know to get them is to pester my friends. Ironically, I need an insight on how to get Insight.
