Try a Little Tenderness
Aug. 20th, 2014 12:57 amWelcome to the Less Anger More Love project, where I give people the benefit of the doubt and assume they're just trying to get by and not *actively* trying to kill me.
If you've participated in asynchronous conversation on the web, you've probably encountered this person, the person who asks the same question that's been asked and answered two or three times upstream, or makes a bon mot that was mildly amusing two or three tellings ago, further upstream. And I have buttons that this person pushes, so I'm having some difficulty coming up with a Benefit of the Doubt that doesn't make them amazingly self-centered or crushingly dumb. If somebody can, I'd love you to help me find the sympathy rather than the tooth gnashing.
