cyranoQuick question for my Windows-enhanced readers who are reading LJ at this hour:
How does one take a shortcut (preferably) or an actual .exe file and re-add it to the START menu? Especially if one is restricted due to security reasons. (I cannot access the task manager because I cannot be trusted at work to use it responsibly.)
