How does one take a shortcut (preferably) or an actual .exe file and re-add it to the START menu? Especially if one is restricted due to security reasons. (I cannot access the task manager because I cannot be trusted at work to use it responsibly.)

Date: 2006-12-29 04:59 am (UTC)I think. I'm not on the Windows machine to get the exact path, but if you drilldown there you should find a Programs folder under the Start Menu somewhere.
