Currently on the same routine--20 or 25 minutes of elliptical, 10 to 15 minutes of weights and then another 20 of elliptical.
They had all these flyers last night advertizing five 25 minutes sessions with a personal trainer for only $100, which I may take advantage of if I can manage to schedule it. (I'll check the budget after taxes/bills/rent/whatnot get paid.)

If your goal is fat loss, there's a fair bit of evidence suggesting that some kind of interval will be more effective (and take less time!) than the steady-state cardio (I'm assuming that's what you're doing on the elliptical).

Yeah, more like 5 minutes on the elliptical as a warmup, then weights, then 20m on the elliptical (after which, if you are like me, you will need a friend with a bucket to carry you home. But it strips the fat off like nothing else.)
