If it's an antagonistic battle of wits, then I have to go with House because his misanthropy is so much better developed and he has that blood thirst and a genuine enjoyment of seeing somebody else suffer.
If it's some sort of competition toward a shared goal, then I'm probably going to go with Holmes because he seems to have a greater drive toward achievement of goals.
But isn't it always lupus?

I did hear about that, though I watch the show on DVD so I haven't seen that episode yet.

The vicodin-in-lupus-textbook scene was awesome, though. =D
