I want to drive up to Sausalito on Sunday afternoon, leaving Mountain View around one or two.

I just realized that Bay to Breakers is Sunday afternoon.
How completely hosed am I?
My main concern is "How badly will traffic suck?"

I am probably going to be running a little late--my +1 has an appointment in Palo Alto until one--and I'm not certain if she has plans for afterhand, but I can certainly check.
