I think I missed the stone. Urine is clear, there's little to no pain. Hopefully Dr. Lin can offer some useful advice even without the hard evidence.

The lady in the next bed over from mine yesterday was talking with the intake nurse about her leg giving her trouble. When asked about the pain, on a scale of one to ten, she said "Oh, I'd say a seven or an eight."
Now, when I'd reported a seven earlier that morning, I did it through clenched teeth and with an interruption or two for breath. She reported it casually as if talking about what she had for breakfast. Either our scales differ significantly or she has amazing pain management.

You may have missed the stone, or it may have lodged itself. That's why mine lasted so long. If it lodges, the pain goes away, because it's no longer sliding down and trying to tear up your ureter in the process. Lots of fluids and maybe some drugs (specifically prostate medication) should get it going again.

Hopefully though, you just missed it. Either that or it dissolved. That apparently happens, and is apparently what happened with mine. *shrug*
