I know what you're all thinking, but this movie actually has nothing to do with The Thin Man. But don't be disappointed. It's still a perfectly serviceable 'two strangers meet discover they're perfect for each other and dump their current loser SOs' kind of film.
In a startling departure from type, Michael Cera plays an earnest and good hearted but ineffectual nebbish. And as always I love how easy it is to find parking in New York when you have the power of Michael Bloomberg and NY♥FILM behind you.
I liked it, but I'm glad I didn't rush out to see it in the cinemas because I would have been disappointed. Three wags.

It's an adorable film, and I want it on DVD, desperately. ;)

Also, it's Norah, seeing as how she is Jewish. Better fix that.

I think adorable is an excellent adjective for this film. And if I find it within my budget, I'll pick it up for next year's birthday present.
