For y'all as is still keeping track. I'm on the lookout for a job--probably customer service, but I have a lot of skills I've not been paid for. And in Seattle, I feel like I need a job before I can look for a place to live. (Landlords get dicey about this sort of thing, don't they?)

Ditto that for me. Good credit rating + glowing recommendation from previous landlord was probably what got me into my first place up here.
